This led to speculation in the media whether Johar would indeed helm the film or the release would be an American production. He is accompanied by Sati, Veer Bhadra, Krittika,Nandi,Brahaspati and Parvateshwar on his journey across the land of Meluha. Shiva wasn’t an all mighty, all powerful god who knew everything, never made any mistakes, never strayed of the path of dharma; he was a hot tempered youth who lead a tribe, smoked marijuana and swore in almost every other thought.

Doesn’t this child deserve to be a ruler less than a child born to another person who has the cleverness to be an effective ruler? The religious texts while sacred (no offence to anyone in anyway) do not act as a proof of reality of how the life of Shiva unfolded. It’s perfectly paced, there are background scores added at various places (only at places where it made sense) and the voices of different characters were beautifully reflective of their personalities and thought process, just like a reader would interpret each character.Shiva no puede creer lo que esta gente piensa de el, pero sabe que hará todo lo que este en su mano para ayudarlos a liberarse de los seres que están causando el "mal" a esta gente tan generosa. This is completely worthless piece of work which has nothing to contribute to the society, this book was written for the sole purpose of making money, and that, it has done successfully - thanks to the ample publicity. The success of his debut book, The Immortals of Meluha (Book 1 of the Shiva Trilogy), encouraged him to give up a fourteen-year-old career in financial services to focus on writing. Ayurvati finds out that Shiva is the only one devoid of these symptoms and that his throat has turned blue. While staying there, Shiva and his comrades, Nandi and Veerbhadra, encounter Princess Sati, the daughter of Daksha. If I am not wrong, the Meluhans need to ‘cleanse’ themselves thoroughly every day to not absorb the heavy anti-oxidants and die as a result. Also the justification of the vikarma practice showed that the author gave great attention to the grays of the society where often the happiness of a few have to be sacrificed for the greater good of the others. If u know the Hindu myths around Lord Shiva, and can imagine his visage in your mind, you will realize how well he explains everything, from the concepts of a serpent around the neck of Lord Shiva right down to the second name he bears very often “Neel Kanth”. Pradip Bhattacharya from The Statesman felt that the "plot skips along at a brisk pace, the characters are well etched and the reader’s attention is not allowed to flag.
